Hello! I wad charged for 2 transaction, but I don't order anything .how I can get refund please

If you only see one transaction then only one went through. When you check your

order history on the Microsoft account is there two purchases? Please do not send or post any transaction details. We are unable to do anything with them. If you were double charged you can try to get one refunded. You should of only got charged once. With
games if you try purchase the same game it will tell you don't need a 2nd copy.

I have tried live chatting with an agent twice, but they suddenly disconnected each time. I reported that there is no transaction ID since it doesn't appear in my order history, but my bank account shows the charges. How can I get a refund for these charges?

Hello, I have been paying for a subscription i had no Idea I was paying for. Its been almost 2 years of transactions and i wish to refund everything.

Sorry to say but they wont refund 2 years worth of subscription charges.

Depending on how long ago the most recent charge was they may possibly refund the 1 most recent charge but thats about all they might refund.

Let's validate the transaction for the game. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, please check if you can see two transactions for the game from there because all successful transactions are added to our order history in real-time. Once you see two transactions, you can request a refund for the second transaction via https://xbox.com/refunds.

If there is only one transaction, you may need to reach out to your bank to have them check the second charge.

Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check all Microsoft accounts that you own, we need to locate the order transaction for the charge. If this was past due charge, you may need to check transactions from days later.
