Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them. As stated before, if they denied your review, there is nothing else that can be done.

İ remonstrated about the problem. But it was rejected. İ have ultimate game pass content. İ also spent a lot of money for games and in game content. So i need help to solve this problem. Otherwise i wont be playing any xbox because all my desire will be gone away. Thank you
