    Downloading rented movies for offline viewing

    Hello everyone,

    I would like to download movies that I have rented to from XBOX Video, so I can watch them, when I am offline. I have done it before and it worked fine. Unfortunately, it has stopped working and I was unable to download the last 3 movies I rented for offline
    viewing. I simply get the notification: Download not possible (no rights). No error code. Streaming movies works fine. What is going on? Can you help?

    If your using Xbox movie app:

    Note Unlike a movie that you buy, you must view a movie that you rent on the device you rented it for (for example, the Xbox 360 console, a computer, or a Windows Phone)

    However I know Microsoft allowes you watch rented movies via a app called Movie Anywhere. If you purchase a movie on your account and if was produce by a movie studio they team up with>>>you can watch your rented movies there. I used this app in the past

    Unable to purchase movies or television shows

    I am in Brazil and I am having the same problem, I can not buy or rent movies and TV shows on Xbox one. I did this in Windows 10 and it worked okay, but I want to watch the movies by xbox, because of the larger TV.

    When I try to buy a movie, the error 0x80004003 is showed. And if I try to get into my library to see movies purchased/leased by the computer's browser, the same error appears. That is, the error is both to buy and to watch.

    If anyone can help, I'm grateful.
