Hello i redeemed a Fortnite in game item but i didnt receive it

If it does, then just give it some more time. It could take upto 24 hours to get the items sometimes. If the purchase doesn't show on the link, then not to worry, it means the transaction failed and the money will be refunded back to your account automatically within 24 hours. You don't have to do anything else.
