    hello. I recently disputed a request for a digital game purchase that was made less than 14 days ago (14 days is the deadline for digital game purchases). I emailed Microsoft/Xbox to repeal their decision of rejecting my refund request and they denied it again because they said the period in which im able to refund the game has ended. However, this is extremely false because it's been less than 14 days. I also know this is false because I wouldn't have been able to request a refund in the first place if the game didn't show up under the tab labeled as "Available Return Items". I need my money back or this will be a problem.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to request refunds for purchases made so long ago. Refunds can only be requested if your purchase is less than 14 days old.

    Bought a digital game. Not enjoying it. Less than 8 hours logged and less than the 14 day window. Refund got denied.

Chat option will not help me. Replied to the email with the case number for the refund request, crickets. What now?
    Refunds are only typically granted if you have less than 2 hours of gameplay and was purchased less than 14 days ago.

    Refunds are only available if the purchase was made within the past 14 days and you have played less than 2 hours. You can still attempt to submit
    a refund request     but there is no guarantee it will be refunded.
