    What happens when you try to run the game with this new account? Is there an error message? And what platform are you playing on?

    These steps can help you, give it a try.
    Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.
    1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app
    2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this with the game too.
    3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.
    4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.
    5. Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.

    I believe that changing the account's gamertag won't do any good. Make sure the new account is logged into the Microsoft Store app as well.

    If the problem still persists, try to reinstall the game.

    Hello, i m using Xbox Pc, i run the game with the other account and still the same error, they told me in the ticket to change the gamertag, i do that and still the same...i m rlly tired and i cant thiny anymore, i buy 2 game pass just to play that.The message is (You are permanently banned in sea of thieves(red beard)
