Preorder Punch card not registering preorder progress

hello,

i saw a promotion to preorder 3 games and get 15000 in rewards points. I have preordered Shadow of war, south park, assassins creed, and call of duty and my mission page has not updated at all to reflect any progress. please help.

My reward isn't working properly

hi, I have preorder 3 game to qualify for the preorder 3 games and get 15000 points offer and just recently preordered resident evil 5.

It's showing I have preordered skyrim but it's not been added to the punch card, resident evil 7 isn't showing as preordered and I did that four days ago now.

Is there anything you can do to help as I don't want to lose out on the 15000

The promotion does not award points until the launch of all three games.

You registered as a US member. Therefore, we are only tracking purchases made in USD. Since your purchases were made in a different regional currency, they are not eligible for Rewards.

If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region you must opt out of your US Rewards program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ ). Wait
48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your
account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

If you pre-ordered the final title on March 29th it still takes 96 hours to process which would be tomorrow (04/03/17).

However, I believe the terms stated the points are delivered after the final title launches which would be May 6th for Injustice 2, but a staff member will have to confirm that since the FAQ no longer reflects the old promotion.

The staff should get to you question in 1-2 business days. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST.

I preordered 4 or 5 games prior to release for the punch card challenge yet I don't have any pending credits now (The challenge did state I had 15000 pending when it was still up last month) but my VIP star rank has not moved at all in I don't know how long
regardless of the amount of money I have spent under my account...

Every time I post a question about it my post gets answered but then immediately locked so I can't ask for updates later down the road unless I make a whole new thread.

Very frustrating.
