Hello I am planning on getting a new Xbox soon I’m going to a Xbox one x to a Xbox series s and I have a external storage ready when I get the new Xbox because I would have to make a new account sense I can’t log into my account that has all of my data stored when I go to gta 5 and click games and Addons it shows that my data is there sense I have to make a new account is there anyway I could get my old data on to that new account because I have that data in the external storage device

If after those two steps you still cannot find out what the password is and you cannot validate the information to gain access to your account, then unfortunately there's no way to get it back!
