Hello my sons xbox took a crap, and he doesnt remember the email address that went too it so I was wondering can I put the internal hard dr8ve 8n another xbox one S to retrieve account info or can I put the HD into a case and retrieve it from a comp. Microsoft won't help bc they can't give any Info out by just using a gamertag any advise would be greatly appreciated

when you pin someone you have to make sure you have worked on them enough that they are weakened from your attacks... from the way it sounds is like you havent done enough moves on them to wear them down so that when you do hit your finisher its enough to
put them down. when your doing your submission you need to be pressing your face buttons, A,B,Y,,X

Please go to Settings > System > Console Settings > Highlight System Info and look to the right. Please reply back with what dashboard version you are seeing.

If it's anything other than 2.0.16197.0 that means that you don't have the latest update yet, and you'll need to be patient as it rolls out to you.
