Hello, I made a purchase for Recore

And it gave me the promotional free game it comes with but it doesn't show that it was preordered on my Xbox or anything it doesn't even show the receipt but I paid for it

Not getting credit for purchases made through console

Hello,

Last month (November) I purchased six games: Recore, Batman Arkham Knight, Need for Speed, Mortal Kombat XL, Doom, and Titanfall 2. None of those purchases, that I made through the Xbox one console, are reflected in my VIP account/credit progress. I also
previously purchase Gears of War 4 which I do not see credited either. Can anyone help me out here?

Sorry to hear it. What you should do is give phone support a call to ensure the purchase was made properly. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

You can also log in to
https://account.microsoft.com/ to make sure the purchase went through properly.

What do I do if it didn't it still took my 39.99 and if there's no way to know if it went through how can I either get my money back or the game show that it's preordered

Pre-ordered games should appear in the My Games and Apps section, it should say Pre-Order over the games icon. You can also go to account.microsoft.com and it should list all of your recent purchases on the right hand side. If the game doesn't appear in
either of these lists, call Xbox Support.

We do not see any purchase of Gears of War 4 on your account. Keep in mind that we only Reward purchases made from the Xbox Store. While we used to have an offer that awarded pre-orders from the Microsoft Store, the only purchase we were able to see in that
time frame was a purchase of ReCore. Furthermore, while reviewing your account, we see that you are a US Rewards member. Please note that we can only Reward your purchases made in USD; purchases made in other regional currencies will not be eligible.

Only select games are eligible for the Robo Rewards offer. A full eligibility list can be found on the FAQ page on the Rewards site (https://rewards.xbox.com/faq/). Since the TitanFall + Battlefield bundle is not
on this list, it is not eligible for this offer. Since your ReCore purchase was made before the offer period, it was not eligible either. However, both purchases were eligible for MyVIP.
