Please check first if the subscription is active at this link, https://account.microsoft.com/services/.

If it's active there, log out of your account from the device then restart your console, once it is back on, log in to the account again and see if you can use the Minecraft Realms subscription.

Same here, simply can't buy a realms sub on PC. Doesn't even show me the price per month, it's blank. Yet I can get a free trial of java realms on the actual website.

PS5 can't purchase realms from the store either! Something is broken and no one at Mojang/Minecraft is doing anything to address it.

I can’t do that because whenever i click on purchase realm 6.69£ a month it says purchasing not too long and the it says sorry we cant complete your purchase check your internet connection

I’m getting the pop up message for 2 days saying “Your purchase succeeded, but we couldn’t create your Realm right now. We will create your Realm as soon as possible. Check back later on this device.”

The easiest way is to just purchase it on both accounts.

When you purchase content it's tied to the gamertag it was purchased on as well as the console it was purchased on. The console license allows all profiles on a console to access the content. So say Player-A purchases the game on console-2, Player-B can
access the game also and Player-A can redownload the game on console-1 and play it as long as they are signed into Live.
