If you no longer have access to the Microsoft account that is linked to your PlayStation 4, you can try contacting PlayStation Support for assistance in unlinking the accounts. They may be able to help you unlink the accounts so that you can link a new Microsoft account to your PlayStation 4. I hope this helps!

The best thing you can do here now is for you to unlink or recover the Microsoft account that is already linked to your PS4 account. For you to be able to process a recovery or unlinking, please contact PlayStation support immediately. They will be able to process everything for you and just make sure to provide them with what they need such as proof and answer to their questions.

Based on the description, you have linked your Microsoft account to your PlayStation device and have sign it out and trying to see if you can sign in again. Let us check and see on what we can do to help address your concern in a timely manner.

As per the official article provided by the game developer support team, once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation™ Network account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be associated with a different account. You will not be able to link another Microsoft account to your PlayStation account. You can only tie one Microsoft account to a PlayStation™ Network account. Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation™ Network account, it cannot be unlinked without loss of access to entitlements and Minecoins on other platforms.

To answer your questions, you can sign in back the original account that you used to linked to your PlayStation device since the purpose of signing out was to test the old account which I assumed the old account is not the account that is originally linked to your PlayStation device. Is that correct?
