    Cannot update xbox 360 properly

    I deleted the system cache and the installed update, and that made the download of the 190 meg update work, but after the update there were still problems.

    It still says that an update is required for my xbox, but that the update isn't available right now.

    Is Assassins Creed Unity worth buying yet?

    That was a bitch of a problem, took me hours on a 20 meg connection but they solved it now. No longer will it try to do a 40 gig update for anyone, the most is just under 7 gigs if you need every update and under a gig if you have up to patch 3.

    I wouldn't want you to mistake the size of the update with the overall space the game takes on your Xbox.

    Indeed, the latest update for Fortnite is about 5 GB, but the game on your Xbox takes up around 50 GB, so I believe everything is normal.
    To be clearer, the 5 GB is just the update file, but once downloaded and installed, the game will weight just under 50 GB.

    HambertTheFoot,

    When you transfer profiles you are not transferring system data. If the USB device is now the primary storage, you need to install the system updates on that device.

    EDIT: If you have problems updating check out --> http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/system-updates/system-update-help. It says that
    the latest update is 190 MB, make you you have enough room on your USB device.
