It seems you have exhausted multiple troubleshooting tips with no solution in sight, have you tried reinstalling the app?

I have tried testing out everything you have mentioned at it seemed to work for a while, until i noticed that it started to close/crash every time someone new joined a party i was in. I have tested it out with friends and when someone
joins the party who hasn't been in the current party session, my Xbox app closes down.

I'm also having this issue, it says that me and my friend (Johnschicken21) are in a party when on my windows 10 laptop I don't even have the xbox app open and on my xbox one console it says "You are unble to join a party because you are already in one somewhere
else." (0x8923101C) when I have no othere device that's in a party.

Just so that I am clear when you are trying this in party chat? In game chat?

You can hear the other players in the chat but they can not hear you?

Are you starting the party through the stream on the xbox itself? Or are you starting the party through the xbox app on the pc itself?

These are two different things.

I personally have noticed that if I try and join a party through the Xbox itself and not the xbox app I can hear the other people but they can not hear me. If I join the party or start a party and have people join through the xbox app on the PC then it works
fine.

So try that and see if that fixes your problem.
