Hello Red_927, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

I'm afraid that you would not be able to leave your family at the moment as your account is under age still. It must be at least 18 or the age of majority in your country in order for you to promote it to adult and then leave the family group.

Just to be clear you have not migrated your account yet? They are still accounts with Minecraft purchases on them however you can't migrate them because of the Microsoft account? Are these emails in a family group with your Microsoft account?

Hello, I have the same problem with my account. Microsoft MADE me login again to play Minecraft PE and it somehow created a new account on THE SAME email.

Now I can't access any of the games I purchased, but somehow still can access Minecraft PE, but not JAVA and Forza Horizon 4, please help because this is the equivalent to waste of money!
