Hello! I have a problem. My Microsoft account automaticaly created a family group.

Thank you for the help! It looks like my multiplayer got deactivated because my Xbox Live subscription expired and I got confused by the fact it shows the same error as if i had a privacy error or paremtal controls or something like that.

Sorry to hear about that, however, please know that if you go to your family settings here: https://account.microsoft.com/family/home and you can only see your account, please know that it means you're not part of a family group.

However, if you're still under:

-Young child: Anyone under the age of 8

-Child: Ages 8 through 12

-Teen: Ages 13 through 17 (or 19 in South Korea)

In this case, you need to ask either of your parents to create a family group for you by signing in at https://account.microsoft.com/ using their own account (or create a Microsoft account if they don't have any) and add you as a "Member" so your parent can configure your privacy settings when they sign in here: https://account.xbox.com/settings

Here's what I'll suggest;

Create the child's account Independently of yours first. Just go to Xbox.com and sign up the child's account.

Afterwards using your own account, go to account.microsoft.com/family and create a new family group. Invite the child account into that family group as a member.

Then you can control all the settings you need.
