I did not delete Microsoft Edge and when downloading Microsoft Edge WebView2, it is written that it is downloaded, but Microsoft Edge itself does not work: there are no standard icons, but instead of a strange one with something, just a white field (screenshot below).

Could you tell which antivirus was installed? Most likely it was preventing MS Edge connectivity.

thanks for the help, but something else helped me, I removed the antivirus and everything went back to normal, but I still thank you for the quick response and help

I believe we've figured out why you're having this issue, Microsoft Edge isn't working.

I recommend that you do an in-place upgrade on your device (inplace upgrade). It will reset all Windows native features and fix this permission error 5.

Note: your data, programs and settings will be kept.
