Hello Joseph, by definition the console allows the mouse and keyboard, however the final decision of the game works or not with the mouse and the keyboard is developer.

The ideal would be to contact the developer and make this suggestion.

Yea it would be easier just getting it for PC if you wanted to play with mouse and keyboard. I dont believe R6S has keyboard and mouse support on xbox. But with that being said if you really wanted to play with keyboard and mouse on console you could buy
one of those 3rd party adapters that allows you to play with keyboard and mouse on console.

I dont really care to much about the mouse and keyboard stuff but i know my boyfriend cant stand the idea. It would be great if they could pair you with other mouse players.

I'll give you two good reasons why most games/consoles dont support keyboard/mouse for their games.



Unification & fairness



At the moment all of the developers know how a game will be controled, its standard, developers dont have to think about "should we put in keyboard/mouse controls?" especially asalot of gamers wouldnt even use them because either they wouldnt know it was
available, or because its just easier to sit on your couch with a controller than a keyboard/mouse.



Then their is the matter of fairness, everybody who plays on consoles will be using a controller, so its a level playing field. If however you started getting some people with keyboard/mouse and some with only controller, those with a controller would get
slaughtered. They tried mixing controller & keyboard/mouse players on a first person shooter a few years ago, nobody liked it. The controller players said they thought the keyboard/mouse players were overpowered, and the keyboard/mouse players said it wasnt
fair that the controller players had a little bit of "auto lock" (or whatever its called)



Like I said, its a bit of a mine field thats best left alone.

When is going to be able ? Mouse and keyboard please, i have been waiting for long to play Halo 5 as i always wanted, i hate the limitations that the controller represent to PC master players, this is only irritating and very annoying have to play with that
