I'm sorry to hear about this issue with accounts. Take a look at this support article that will go through the best ways in recovering the emails associated with the account you are trying to sign into:

regarding the forgotten password please see this link to try and recover your account:

In case you do have all the details but signing into your account shows a different account on console and xbox.com then it might be the case that somehow a new account was created on top of your own account.

If that is the case you will have to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat, they should be able to check if there are indeed multiple Xbox Live Accounts (Gamertags) connected to 1 email address, if that is indeed the case they should be
able to assist in order to resolve the issue and bring back your 'original' Xbox Live Account.
