A simple internet search will assist you with resetting your password, but if you do not know your sign in details, there regrettably, is nothing we can do. It is down to the user to retain and maintain personal account information, just like a PIN number.

I'm having an issue similar to this. This account is associated with this email, and I've never even used this name, and this email used to be associated with one of my main accounts, and I don't remember ever having switched the Live ID.
