hello I got a communication suspension and it doesn’t say the time

Just to confirm, were you able to advise him to view the enforcement history on the link that I have provided? It can be done on a web browser using a phone or a different device.

This should direct him to the enforcement history page and the duration should be visible there.

I had one communication suspension and I appealed it. Got and email saying it's gone. When I checked I now have 2 communication suspensions

Sorry for the issue with a suspension. In normal cases a case review can be filed to appeal the suspension. However with one day suspensions the case review doesn't apply. Due to by the time they get to the review the ban will be over. As posted you can
go to the Enforcement website and review all the pages there. You can check your email, for reason why. It will say something like communication ban, multiplayer ban. If communication then most likely a message was sent and got reported.
