In order to locate which Microsoft account where your Minecraft account was migrated from, kindly check your other Microsoft account emails on account.microsoft.com > Payment and Billing > Order History.

From there, you will need to find the Minecraft game transactions under your account's Order History.

If you have found the Minecraft Java Edition game transaction, use the same account to log in to Minecraft Launcher.

If it's not there, try to check your other accounts' Order history.

If you haven't found the Minecraft transaction on all of your Microsoft accounts, you can contact Microsoft Xbox Support for further assistance. You can contact them here at this link:
