Hello I can't play my backwards compatoble 360 games.

Funny, I had the same issue for the same game yesterday. I don't know the full extent of what his issue really was or what he did to solve it, but mine was that it had my old gamertag on selectable accounts to sign-in, but gave an error when I tried to sign
in. I easily fixed it by hitting 'download account' below the selectable accounts in the 360 menu. It downloaded my account with the correct gamertag and I was able to play with no problem.

But there is another problem with games from xbox gamepass if you are using the subscription.
