Do you have the same version of the game because I belive EAFC 24 is NOT Cross gen. If so make sure you both have the xbox one version is installed

Those restrictions are for EA only. My son plays his EA games just fine, he just can not be online at the time. He does not really care and just plays offline for that game. Your son will be able to play all his other games online no problem. I have
my son's settings that I approve friends and have to add my password (he does not know it) and that he can ONLY hear friends because in some game lobbies there is a lot of swearing, etc. Additionally, young children are easy targets for phishing schemes-
