Sorry to hear about that Yoti! With regards to this, if you are referring to GTA V Criminal enterprise pack I would agree it is not available yet on Xbox series X/S platform but would work for old gen console and not sure as to when will Rockstar Games will make it compatible with new ones.

For you to manage it you can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings.

If the system detects that your account is a child account you will be redirected to a support site and if not you will be able to change it successfully.

If you were redirected to a support page, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and check if there is an organizer account linked to your account then use the organizer account so sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings then "allow" the setting on this screenshot:

I am already signed in and I am an organizer but when I click the link I keep getting that dumb support page. I can't even click on my own profile and when I sign out and sign back in it does the same thing.

My only regret is I shelled out $100 on MW3 Hardend Edition. I should have bought the Astro Edition or Smooth Criminal

I figured it out just in case if anyone has this issue with any LG CX and maybe GX model. If your Xbox is saying Dolby Vision is not supported on your CX. Go into the settings and Turn off AMD Freesync in the TV settings. This setting comes turned on by
default and make the XBOX say your TV does not support Dolby Vision.
