Sorry to hear that you're going through this difficulty with that code.

If you had purchased the console through a third party vendor, you would have to get in contact with them to see what they can do about it as Microsoft does not have the means to reproduce another code for this third party game content.

If you haven't already, I suggest getting in contact with them tell them they gave you a spent code.

You should give us some more info in order to help you. Are you saying that you already activated the code and didn't get the skin or that the code was already used in a different account?
