    Hi Kieran, what do you mean exactly by “it isn’t letting me”?

    What happens when you try to reset the Xbox?
    And, when you say reset. Do you mean power it off-on or factory resetting the device?

    Hello again I went to troubleshoot it and it asked me to click the reset Xbox and now it is working fine thank you for your time
