You will have to file a complaint via your console & it will be investigated by the enforcement team. The only way to report someone is using the tools on your console. You Can File a complaint against

File a complaint and block communications with anyone who is harrassing you. If you need to, play with friends only.

Okay thanks and I wont be using this feature.I also got bullied and alot of hate in the mixure chat.

L I was Cyber bullied on the Xbox and my account got hacked by the people that bullied me please help me get my account back
