I am having the same issue. I can't log into my microsoft account In minecraft on ps4 however, I have no issue logging into my account on the xbox website and Microsoft website so what's the problem and how do I fix it?

yes I have bought Minecraft on both the new and the old accounts. I am using Windows 10 right now.

I logged off Microsoft store and the Xbox app, in the minecraft launcher, I am not logged in, that's the problem. I am not logged in, yet when I want to, it automatically pre-determines the account I am signing in and I can't change it. I've also tried the wsreset.exe command but that didnt work as well.

My windows is up to date and all the recent updates are dowloaded.

Still not sure what is the problem, thanks for trying to help though.

I did not delete Microsoft Edge and when downloading Microsoft Edge WebView2, it is written that it is downloaded, but Microsoft Edge itself does not work: there are no standard icons, but instead of a strange one with something, just a white field (screenshot below).

Next, I wanted to clarify that the xbox application works well, but one of the applications for some reason suffers from it

I deleted the profiles in explorer but it didn't help
And after the commands in the command line it was
System error 5.

Could you tell which antivirus was installed? Most likely it was preventing MS Edge connectivity.
