    I am expieriencing issues with logging into my account, because when I try to log into my account it says to many attemps, and when I try to reset my password, I apperently have insufficient information!

    getting a lot of lag.

    yes i am expieriencing lag in games and information from other peoples accounts not reaching me and constantly being kicked from servers while all friends remain in the lobbies/games. Im sure its not from my internet provider as a number of my friends have
    same provider and package. i have no conflicting devices while im on the internet on xbox in home. as you asked this account on my xbox is the only gold membership so wouldnt know if these problems are only on my profile.

    I had this issue as I have one account set for the country I am currently residing in and one account set for my home country.

    I added funds to one account instead of the account I am currently using - This may be the same issue with you if you have multiple accounts on your xbox.

    If you do, please check the other account.
