First, make sure you redeemed the code on the same Xbox account you use to play GTA Online. Then restart your Xbox, launch GTA 5, and check your GTA 5 account in-game to see if the funds were added to your Maze Bank balance.

It might take a bit of time to process and show up. If nothing shows up after some time, I recommend contacting Rockstar Support directly with proof of the code redemption so they can look into it. Use the "Submit a Request" button on this page:

So why is it that you are not allowed to gift shark cards. You can gift anything else but shark Cards. I have unused credit in my microsoft account but the only thing played is gta v and i want to buy shark cards for that game. But I can only purchase
it for my own account. I cannot transfer it nor can I buy a gift card with my credit even tho I purchased the gift cards myself to put on the account. And now im being told GTA V SHARK CARDS CANNOT BE GIFTED !!! Why !!??!?! Please help

yes bro... the system for stuff Online was Down, so you wouldnt be able to put any code from any Digital product. I bought one of those Shark and it didnt work, now that the system is working back i tried to put the code and it didnt work, apareantly i just
lost $20.

So recently I had just purchased a shark card from Amazon but Amazon connected it and redeemed it on an account not connected to my xbox profile. Is there any way that I can get the shark card to the account connected to my xbox? I have access to
both accounts (also my I don't play Gta using the email the shark card was sent to, all of my other microsoft purchases are connected to the same account). I also never created that second account.
