i have problem with my xbox accoun

So will i get unbanned? Deleting the accoun will everything resety and start me over new?

I think using the accoun on the pc under the achievement section you can edit that list and hide it!!

I just bought a new console, I can resume my account banned?
or if it will ban the new console?
