Xbox live Gold Trial

Hello,

I'm new to Xbox and I have bought a new console.

My friend told me that there is a free trial of xbox gold but I can't seem to find it.

I have gotten a brand new console.

I have also talked to the Partner Support Service

and they told me to talk here.

So is there a possible chance of getting the Xbox live gold trial?

As soon as you sign up on the console for the first time a trial may be offered. There's no way to active it unless you're given the offer. Also some Xbox One games are packed in with free trial offers, so if you recently purchased a game, you may want to
check inside the box to see if there is a trial offer code.

hello,

i bought an xbox one and activated the code for the free 14-day trial today but it doesnt seem to have activated. i cant play online or download the free games, and in the subscriptions menu im told to get gold. do i have to activate the trial somewhere
else? or whats the problem? help please

free monthly trials are not shown as gold membership and you can't access every xbox live service feature with them.
