    Hello! First post but I'm actually an Alpha Skip Ahead percipient.


    Again, hello fellow Insiders!

    Let's get straight to the point:

    I have Halo: The Master Chief Collection digitally installed via. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on my Xbox One S and it crashes after pressing 'start' on my controller. The loading symbol is being displayed for about 1 second then immediately freezes the game with an according "frozen game sound" and then crashes.

    Without any following error code I'm thrown back to the Xbox Home Screen. Switching the account or restarting (even with clearing the Xbox Cache) doesn't help. Haven't tried Reinstalling it yet as the game is too big to install in a day being awake for me.

    Context AND Solution AFTER soft factory: By using home console on an account that has ultimate rather than owning it myself, all of the previous game pass games have worked so far. But not Halo: The Master Chief Collection. It seems it crashes on my main Account, but not with the secondary account that has ultimate.
