Hello Fellow Xbox fans! A little help?

So not to long ago I was a victim of online theft(one of my accounts was stolen) i followed the right avenues and reported the case to xbox customer support and filled in all of my information (name, payment method, photographic proof, my console serial number, my pc name, my IP ect ect) this information was somehow declined... I still have no idea why as im still paying for it. I discovered that my Xbox console actually shows you the new login credentials when you attempt to sign in, so I dug through my compromised email address (google) and found with one of the security emails the new security info, phew! I got it back!! BUT now im assuming because of my initial report its LOCKED! I've filled several forms in regards to reinstatement and have yet to hear a response or anything at all for that matter... im stumped and bummed becuase its tripped all my apps and browsers so I can't get past the lock screen ..

Well, without proof that it was hacked/stolen it wouldn't be locked.. for example, if someone reported my account as being stolen or hacked.. they would need proof to support their report. Did you provide proof?

Ofourse i sent proof.. I can log in, I have payment history ect

Asolutely not.. I reported it as hacked/stolen, becuase it was. Thats why im guessing it's locked
