Hello it has been more than four weeks and i havent gotten my 5 dollar gift card promised, if i purchased gold via xbox live. I purchased a one month via xbox live on the 7/12/15 and still didnt get my code messaged to me help please!!!!!!!!!!

Make sure your subscription is active.

Hello,

i activated my 1month gold that i got with the xbox i bought. But it says that i dont have subscription to live. "Make sure your subscription is active". Xbox.com says that i have active subscription - but i still cant play in Live.

My last 14days period worked fine.

How should i fix it?

hi can you help i purchased a prepaid xbox live gold membership with 12m/1month plus a free COD black ops 2 cap for my avatar yet its been nearly 5 months and still have not received my BO2 cap yet can you help and tell me why
i have not received it.

You have to do the 1month for 1 dollar trial first then if you want 3month subscription you can do it

That amount is your lifetime Credit amount, which includes all your already deposited Credits. You can sort/view by lifetime from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page to see all these past deposit and Credit events, as well as their dates. You can then
confirm the deposits from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.
