I would recommend that you try on a different device with a different internet connection such as your smartphone on a mobile data.

Thank you for the additional information, Dennis. You can create your new account using an alternative sign-up method, such as an email address instead of a phone number. To do this without a phone number, you’ll need to select the “I don’t have access to these” option during the verification. This will take you to a page where you can select a different verification method.

If the methods that I shared does not work on your case, I would recommend that you contact Microsoft support to see why your verification methods does not work. You may use these steps as your guide:

1-Access the Microsoft contact us at this link.

2-Click on Windows and then click on "Get Home support"

3-Write a brief description of your request or issue in the box then click the "Get Help" button.

4-Click on the "Contact Support" button located at the bottom of the page. If you are not logged in, you will see "Sign in to Contact Support". Log in to your Microsoft account.

5-Select your Product or Service. Choose a Category then click Confirm

6-Lastly, choose a support option

Yes, Dennis. You may use other account if you don't have options to contact support using the account with verification issues.

What I'm trying to achieve is that I want to create a new account for the purpose of all games only. I want to separate my personal/work account and my gaming account.

Yes, I did try changing my device and mobile data but still the-same problem.

is it fine to use this account to contact support it seems my other account has no way to logged in unless it fixes the verification error?
