    Hello, elite 2, I set the light to the lowest level, it returns to its previous state as soon as I exit the accessories section, it never stays at the brightness I want.

    I noticed it when the light started to bother me, but I tried it with my classic elite 2 and elite core, I can never keep the light setting in place.. . Could it be a software problem? It seems illogical that there is just a bug that affects this :)

    1. No decent update for months maybe year anyway.

    2. Long press on the profile button turns off all the lights and switches to the default profile, no vibration no flash .. And nothing resets , one more click and that color is back .. ..

    Are you sure you are familiar with the elite controller? !

    To get started, I'd like to ask a few questions to better understand the problem that you're facing:

    - Are you using the controller on an Xbox console or PC?

    - Have you tried using the controller on a different device to see if the issue persists?

    - Have you tried using a different USB cable to connect the controller to your device?

    First and foremost, I would like to confirm if you have updated your controller's firmware to the latest version. If not, I recommend updating the firmware as it may resolve the issue you are experiencing. You can update the firmware by following these steps:



    1. Connect your Elite 2 controller to your Xbox console or PC using a USB cable.

    2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    3. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Accessories.

    4. Select your Elite 2 controller from the list of connected devices.

    5. Select the ellipsis (...) button next to the controller's name.

    6. Select Device info > Firmware version.

    7. If an update is available, select Update now and follow the on-screen instructions.



    Once the firmware is updated, please try adjusting the light settings again and see if the issue persists.



    If the issue still persists, you can try resetting the controller to its default settings. Please note that resetting the controller will erase all customizations and settings. To reset the controller, follow these steps:



    1. Press and hold the Profile button on the controller until it vibrates and the Xbox button flashes.

    2. Release the Profile button.

    3. Press and hold the Bind button on the controller until the Xbox button flashes rapidly.

    4. Release the Bind button.

    • Is this happening frequently or was this perfectly working fine before and this just happened?
    • Where there any changes to your Elite Controller to the reason why this had happened?
