Hello xAIManDIEx, o UPNP or Universe Plug N play, is a protocol that allows apps and other devices on your network to open and close ports automatically to connect with each other.

By definition this service is activated your home modem/router, if your consoles are not identifying the UPNP or a message appears that it cannot be read, this service must be disabled or with some bug in your modem/router.

Try restarting your home modem/router if it doesn't keep recognizing the UPNP it may be disabled and you'll have to have access to the equipment's built-in settings to activate it.

Sorry for the issue with downloading Minecraft. You can try the
troubleshooter for downloading games or apps. Also there is a service alert for buying downloadable items, which may affect downloading them.

Yes. I wrote a tool run on a router which not support upnp, and this tool is trying to enumerate all upnp device in local lan.

Hello, there is currently an Xbox LIVE Service alert affecting the Xbox 360, there is not projected fix date as of yet that I know about. This service alert affects downloadable content, which could also affect your update download. I am not 100% sure that
is the problem, however it could be. I am also having trouble downloading things every once and a while.
