    Okay my question/issue is pretty simple, but the solution is not obvious. Suddenly, without any changes in devices or network, my Xbox app remote control doesn’t work for Netflix specifically. Everything else on my console I can control from my app just fine. It is just bizarre. We’ve tried a plethora of troubleshooting steps, including factory resetting, uninstalling the apps on both devices, clearing old apps and games, etc. How do I fix this? Any suggestions are welcomed!

    Issues with crashing to dashboard

    After chatting with xbox support we tried:

    Removing the gamer profile.

    Then clearing persistent blu ray storage.

    Then shutting down, unplugging all cords for >2 minutes.

    Restarting and downloading profile.

    Unfortunately, after about 10 minutes of gameplay, same crash. I am going to try a couple other games when I have time but it seems like my only other option at home is a factory reset.

    Thank you Mister Cerb, but as I said, chat support is not up all the time. I tried but it went off some minutes after.

    I hope someone just give us the reason of these bugs, because the site AND the xbox are down for this side.

    Sometimes the Xbox authentication process is delayed. Please give the gamertag 30 minutes to show up on your accounts page. If it doesn't show up after 30 minutes, you may need to consult with XBOX Customer Support on the matter.

    **EDIT**

    I used the chat help feature, and it is actually helpful after waiting about 15 minutes. The issue is still pending, but the person on the other end of the chat has access to much more information and methods than the support site will offer. I was expecting
    some nonsense from the chat akin to automated answering systems that you get on the phone, but this was pleasantly surprising.
