Helllo when i try to install minecraft it give me this error (800700e9 error)

Are you only getting that error code when trying to install Minecraft launcher? Kindly check if you're able to install other apps or games using MS store app.

when i press WIN+R (Windows logo key + R) , Enter "services.msc", i get this where do i have to right click on Delivery Optimization,

Try to press the Win + R key to open the Run dialog.

Type cmd and click OK to open Command Prompt.

In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and hit Enter to execute:

WSReset.exe

Then press (WIN+R -> gpedit.msc)

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Delivery Optimization

Activated "Download mode" and switched to 1.
