    HELLLLPPPPP!!! Xbox series X turns off when starting Cold War


    So cold war was working fine for me until mid January. Would try to play and it wouldnt load but it would turn off the xbox series X. Called tech support, went through all the processes. Confirmed i had the right version of the game, swithched a bunch of settings on my 4K tv, removed the game, re downloaded it and nothing. So i sent my system in for repair, waited 2 weeks and got the new system only to have the SAME exact problem happen. Ive tried to create a new gamertag, nothing. Tried the whole, press the xbox button while it loads in the background and as soon as i try to enter the game it immediately turns off! Can someone please help me? Activision is blaming xbox (joke of a support team) and xbox is blaming them.

    no one literally care to actually fix this and its friggin insane. Spent over $600 bucks and the one game i actual want to play, is a complete bust!

    COME ON XBOX! Im thinking of selling this thing and getting a playstation. So dissapointing.

    Not necessarily fifa 21 xbox one version crashes and turns mine off so does fortnite

    Cold war freezing

    Anyone's xbox series x freeze up playing cold war zombies? Mine only freezes us playing zombies campaign fine, MP fine but zombies up in the later rounds my xbox shuts off and I have to turn it back on. I have 120fps/hz on no ray tracing on. So
    is this an xbox problem or a Activision problem cause I'm very disappointed and getting ready to send my series x back.

    There are problems with this game, it is better to avoid playing it until its developer removes a park, be careful!
