Helli i my xbox live gold doesn't work.

Hello,the 15 January my xbox live gold ends,so i use my 14 days trials the 15 January 2018-01-30 end but like half way this i use an another code for a 14 days trial i got this with my xbox one and the other with Halo 5.But i use my another code half-way
and he says its works.But i didnt get my another 14 days so anyone can help me plz thanks.

Go to account.microsoft.com/services . From there, you should be able to see if your live subscription is current

Trial codes are a little tricky. Not all trial codes allow access to all games since it's a trial.

And some trial codes will not work if you've had a trial subscription before.

You're best bet it to try and buy a subscription

that's pretty weird, same thing is happening here too.

I put the console in WiFi mode and it works. BUT, my download is pretty low now, 3 mb/s (against 90+ with cable).

One problem at a time....
