Discus and support Headsets with Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) on Xbox Series X in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I used a turtle beach 800x on my Xbox One X and sold it off, as the Series X will not have an optical out and turtle beach support could not asure that...     Headsets with Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) on Xbox Series X


    I used a turtle beach 800x on my Xbox One X and sold it off, as the Series X will not have an optical out and turtle beach support could not asure that it will work with Series X.

    So now I am wondering, if there are any headsets that will have ANC that I can use for my Series X once it arrives....

    Thanks for your post. Well, I have various headsets that do Virtual Sourround through WindowsSonic and can just plugged into the controller, but non have ANC. I dont mind if wired or wireless, I even play with a wired controller most of the time.

    Tried my Bose QC15 works with noise cancellation but has no mic, or at least it is not working on non apple devices, so still searching for an ANC version headset.

    Initially there was turtle bach 700 Gen 2 PREMIUM announced, that should have had ANC, but there is no sign anymore of that

    As long as he has v2 and the designed for xbox he should be fine I have one a 600 stealth and its labeled as x series

    Keep in mind we might need to update our headsets

    I got a stealth 600 v2 and on the box its certified for x series however onlynthe 700 has active xbox also announced if you have the designed for xbox most accessories should work regardless of cable since designed ones use xbox wireless not bluetooth might
    just need an update

    I too am in the same situation as you. I love the noise cancelling feature TB added to the Elite 800X. I have been looking around and currently there is no headset around with NC. The only headsets have it for the microphone portion of the headset.

    The current ones that I see compatible with the Series X are:

    1. Steelseries Arctis 9X

    2. Audeze's Penrose ( I chose this one)

    3. The LucidSound LS35X

    4. Astro A50

    These are just some of the compatible headsets and non have the noise cancellation. There may be more headsets coming out closer to the consoles release date.
