    Hello all! So my fiancee and I just got headsets to play Gears together online. We were super excited to get it all set up but much to our dismay we cannot hear eachother at all. We can hear the game really well but have to yell at eachother when trying
    to communicate. We have the XBox One S if that makes any difference in the capability of the headsets. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Cuz those headsets are going back if we can't use them as we intended. ��‍♂️

    As far as I know, if you're playing Split Screen on the same console, you can't talk to each other via headsets.

    Headset communication only works on two separate consoles.

    Definately either a set up issue, check all settings for the headset/adapter make sure to check all options in settings also.

    I have an s and have no issues I have a turtle beach headset and adapter

    The other issue, as its nit clear in your post, do you have an xbox each, if not as others have said that would be an issue
