    Hello,

    I have a 'Arctis Steelseries 7 - 2019 edition' gaming headset that works plug 'n' play on my Ps4 Pro, android phone via aux cable and Pc/Laptop with no issues for over a year now. However, I have recently purchased an 'Xbox one s' console. I am unable to
    get the device working on the xbox console.

    I have read online forums suggesting to use a 3.5mm aux cable from the controller to headset to which effect, I did. This results in me being able to hear a friend talk to me but they can't hear me and the xbox sounds still come through the TV.

    Note that I have fully updated my wireless controller, xbox console and TV as well as gone through audio settings and resetting everything!

    Can I please have a solution for this. I believe this is a popular issue after researching online to no positive results! Appreciate any help I can get and I'm sure others will too!!!
