    Headset wireless controller no longer works


    Hey, I've had my Xbox 1S since new about 1yr ago. It came with the wireless remote and I purchased a couple turtle Beach headsets. It all functioned fine until one day neither headset would work when connected to that remote but they functioned fine as usual
    in my other remotes. I'm aware that it could cause damage but I'm not under warranty so has anyone taken their remote apart to find a remedy for this situation?     Wireless Headsets are complete Junk!

    My Halo 3 Wireless Headset still works.



    The Wireless Headset should always go the the first controller if the controller doesn't have a wired headset plugged in.

    Wireless Xbox One S controller is not working with Xbox One headset or any headset

    Purchased an Xbox One S and none of my headsets work with it. I have the xbox one headset with adapter and when plugged in no one in my party can hear me. I know for sure it isn't on mute also. I have tested the headset and it does work. I also have tested
    my bose headset with the controller and it doesn't work on the wireless controller either. The bose headset does, however work on a wired controller I have for the console, but that is besides the point since I want to use a headset with my wireless controller.

    Turn off and disconnect all controllers from the Xbox 360 and disconnect the wireless headsets from the controllers.

    Connect the wireless headset to the Xbox 360 using the USB cable. Turn on the wireless headset.

    Sync the headset to quadrant 1 by pressing the "Connect" button on the on the Xbox 360. Then press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset for two seconds. Do not continue to press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset, as this will change the
    quadrant to which it is connected. If the headset now works without the controllers attached, the problem must be with one of your controllers. If the headset still does not work, then the problem is with the headset.

    Yes. As soon as the controller is in "wired" mode the headset works fine(audio in and out), But when in "wireless" mode "voice coming out of the headset" works but "voice coming into the headset" doesn't work. Maicrosofiti BR, did you say when you bought
    a new controller the wireless now works fine with the headset?

    The controller is wireless, the headset is wireless- bluetooth. The headset has worked fine for almost two years, but after the update yesterday to call of duty it does not work anymore.
