headset volumn

thanks for coming to the forums with your question. You are unable to hear anything through the headset? If you hit the guide button on controller go to far right icon called system if you see audio there check for headset volume move slider to the right.

Are you connecting the headphones directly into the controller or using an Adaptor?

I know I had issues with talking/chatting and I had to end up buying a adaptor for this to work. If it is just sound you might try updating your controller.

I commected the micro usb cable but there is no update. The problem is that I cant open the volumne option for the controller - im sure its muted for the headset but cant get in to unmute. See photo - Any ideas??

Hi, done this this, still not working any other suggestions would be most appricated. I know there been issues with due the volumn of people so in the mean time will just keep trying, Thank you

And as it goes , along with what @tohellnback said.....what is everybodys starting volumn and loud volumn.it may help get everybodys callibrated correctly,sound wise.
