    I’m having a Issue with my headphones disconnecting as soon as I pop to the next room. I’m talking like 4 meters away from the Xbox. Then it will say “please connect your controller” and the scuff controller will be inactive and a pain to reconnect. The headset reconnects almost straight away. . I thought it may be the turtle beach so I brought the new Microsoft headset hoping this would help.

    But it’s the same issue. I can’t be more the 3 meters away before the audio starts breaking up.

    Also I have been told by the online chat to return my Xbox x But the website won’t complete the order.

    And I can’t speak to a person for the life of me.

    What range would you expect from the headset. The online expeosaid 100meters but I did query this as seems a lot.

    I don't think the issue is with your console, except there's something I'm missing out on. Do you have the same issue with your Xbox controller?

    The door being wide-open certainly can help. But what is the wall that you’re passing through with the door made out of? Break especially chews Wi-Fi like crazy

    In my house I can be in any room on the second floor and my controller will reach. I use it to stream my Xbox to my bedroom television. And I don’t have to reconnect the controller to do so. But my smart doorbell, needs a Wi-Fi extender on the other side of the wall in order to function

    Walls and doors seriously shorten the range. I get audio cuts when i go into the other room as well.
