    Headset not working - Mic icon with a line through it - Cannot access volume setting - Its not a problem with the headset or the controller as i have bought new ones even though the old ones work fine as I've tested them on different systems. Please Microsoft
    there are a lot of people having the same issue - TROUBLESHOOTING DOES NOT FIX THIS!!

    None of these remedies have anything to do with the problem. The mic shows a line thru it and no audio comes thru the headphones at all. New headohones and controller and still have the same issue. Most my friends are havjng the same problem.
